Construction 7 x 7, Polyamide 12 sheathed

A 7X7 galvanised steel rope sheathed in polyamide 12 is designed for operation on sheaves with moderate bending radii. To determine the correct pulley/sheave diameter, multiply the rope diameter by a factor of 42.

AISI 316 stainless steel cables

7 x 19 construction, Polyamide 12 sheathed

The steel rope 7X19 construction or also known as 6X19 + WSC (Wire Steel Core) is particularly suitable for use on sheaves or sheaves. The flexibility of 7X19 wire rope allows for the use of smaller diameter sheaves than the 7X7 construction. Simply multiply the rope diameter by a factor of 25 to determine the appropriate sheave diameter.
